Business Idea:Weekly Newspaper!
With a heavy emphasis on the local, The Printed Blog is an independent outlet that aggregates user-generated content from the internet and publishes it in print. The result is a fully tactile newspaper that reads and functions like a web feed, but that can still be spread across the breakfast table or enjoyed on the train. Bucking the "one-size-fits-all" trend followed by many newspapers, The Printed Blog aims to choose the content of its many local editions to reflect the votes of local readers, who will ultimately be able to express their preferences on its site. Content will include not just blogs but also photographs, puzzles, events, reader comments and other items of local interest. The paper is currently still testing its model, but its first issues are scheduled to hit the streets of Chicago and San Francisco today. It will ultimately be distributed to neighbourhood pickup points in A.M. and P.M. editions.
Nowadays, the demand for Internet and electronics technologies ia more and more. The advantage of the Internet differ from TV and the radio is it's updated immediately, quick informations for consumers and more detailed.
So on the market,a new business idea want to join in.It's hyperlocal newspaper turns blog into print. It's a one kind of News paper which has a new image and decoration of a website or blog.
ADVANTAGES:
- New image of a newspaper.
- Easy to do
- Too many competitors
- Not very different from normal newspapers
- Simple business idea.

Who else gained from the recession???
The stock market is a leading indicator, so yeah, it often rises before a recession ends, and falls before a recession starts.
- Supermarkets and shops selling inferior goods. As the recession leads to fall in demand of consumers,so people likely to go to the supermarkets, buy cheaper food and do it themselves than hanging out to eat in the restaurants. So as inferior goods shops, their interest to expensive and famous branded products has been falling. So the demand for inferior goods increased.
RUSSIA...Dangerous.....!
Tang Quoc Binh from Hai Duong Province was killed after leaving a friends dormitory at Moscow's Plekhanov University.
Binh was rushed to hospital but died early Saturday.
Local media has reported the attackers could be Russian skinheads.
In October 2004, 20-year-old Vu Anh Tuan, a Vietnamese student at St. Petersburg Polytechniques University, was stabbed to death by a group of skinheads, according to students who witness the incident.
In 2006, a court acquitted 17 people who had been charged with Tuan's murder because of a lack of evidence.
Nguyen Xuan Vang, head of the Ministry of Education and Training's Department of International Education Development, told the newswire VnExpress.net that the Ministry was helping Binh's family fly to Russia.
We are putting out warnings that students should not be walking alone at night, Vang was quoted as saying.
The Vietnamese Embassy in Russia is working with local authorities on the case and will hold a funeral for the student.
A local newswire reported late Sunday that the investigation department under Russia's highest Prosecutor's Office has begun an official investigation into the case. This said how dangerous to face with skinheads and these bangs have been created in UK as well....So be careful guys when going out at night...!

Podcast: Corus set to cut 2,000 jobs in UK
Corus is a famous brand which makes steel, which is one kind of metal.Steelmaker Corus is set to cut 3,500 jobs worldwide, including more than 2,000 in the UK.Corus is the big company with many factors and employers. It has 42000 global workforce, but there are 3500 job losses and 2000 of them here in the UK.The company, like all steelmakers is facing an unprecedented downturn in market demand.
Why the falling in the global demand makes Corus set to cut 2000 jobs in the UK.???
Demand for cars and manufactures are now 30 to 40 % falling. And steel is the main material to make cars.Tha major car companies such as Honda, demand is falling leads to fall in steel too.So Corus set to cut 2000 jobs in UK,to fight with global demand fall and reccession.

Podcast!
I didn't know the reason but because of that,Vietnamese people started to ride bikes and the oil and petrol transports became unusual!
Then the Government finally reduced the oil price.Vietnam is the developing country,so the government have to try a lot!And one of the reasons make a coutry developed is transportation. But if that situation still happened, and the Government didn't reduce it so there will be less high technological transports. So that,it will reduce the growth of the country.
But finally, the government have opened their eyes bigger....And did the right policies!

Anyone who knows the song"What ever you like" by "T.I",a rapper will find it very funny.
And now..there's that song too....but remixed.....by OBAMA.....Hahahahahaha.....Lol....I can't put on this video on this blog because I don't know is it allowed or not....
Hope I won't be arrested by Obama....=)))
But I know now....it's allowed....:
Diptiy Timeline
This is one of the best way to encourage students or workers keep in touch.Timeline...is the same as the timetable for your actions and activities and also studying work. You write and add their your memories about what do you have to do this week...or a period of time. Then you reed it..and also it will help you to memorise and motivate you to do your work.
You can write and add up all events and things you have to do,such as birhday parties, birthday days, meetings, appointments,Special days in your life and so on.....For a student,if you will always look at this timeline, you will memorise all of your special events of you life and keep it in minds.Of course,in a normal human's life...there are so many commemorations,so this program and also a website may help you a lot.
But this thing fits for girls more....Because they are usually curious.....^^
You can get and have more informations here.
BS homework....Evaluation!
This is a quite creative business idea which may increase the sales and don't use too much cost.As we all know, soap bars are slippery and easy being sliped out of our hands. And always, our bath full of water, and it's not easy to find it...if the bath is with a big size...it may take much time to find it.So,during the manufacturing process, a new business idea has been created which is really useful in my opinion.Consumers don't have to consider anymore about the "lost soap bar" and enjoy their relaxing time in the bath...~ ~....The main qualitative thing in this business idea is the process. Why don't we inject ingredients that are less dense than water???
This are my opinions:
- It may cost a lot for those special ingredients.
- Those ingredients maybe harmful for consumers health
- It may reduce soap bar's quality.
Oh ye,and the younger consumers such as kids...may enjoy it whan it's swimming,so they could play with it.
And so on,I think, this business idea is impressive and I would invest in it.

Team Building Exercises
But what do I think about it...Seriously...sometimes if you're staying behind...you feel not really comfortable....And still think that....an environment around you is not fit you....
SO I think....like...you will feel if you're staying behind at something....(like me).......And then...you will know that if you're slowing down your mates...you will feel and you will actually do...how to help our mates be happy and not slowing them down.So that first thing is,you have to do it by yourself..like...choosing another environment to work or study!By yourself...You will know when sometimes...better students..won't have interest to help you actually and the relationship is becoming worse...(I know some....)....So it means and you feel you're disturbing them.Just move yourself, don't slow down your mates and keep your head higher.
Or also...it may not be good if the group will be divided by 2.One is better brain and smarter...and second one is losers.....It's a bad way,and still....people from better group they will feel..maybe proudly...and the group that is lower...will lose their confident. And then...it will make it worse. It's won't have any improvements.
Devision of groups is neccessary...because of course,if it's not seperated.....gifted students will be slowed down, bored and waste time....And students that are not keen enough will not feel confident, and will feel shy in the class, and so...getting worse.......(as me in the

Is Internet Explorer a monopoly?
It has been widely used web browser since since 1999, attaining a peak of about 95% usage share during 2002 and 2003.
Since IE's initial release over a decade ago, it has gained several new features. IE can be used as a full-feature Web browser, with Broswer Helper Objects and ActiveX adding additional functionality. Along with the ability to browse the Web, Internet Explorer 6 is tightly integrated with Windows XP and provides certain features related to the Windows operating system, such as Windows Update.
Today, IE's primary competition is Firefox. The current version of Firefox has tabbed broswing and other features that IE6 lacks, but Internet Explorer 7 offers improved security and new features.
Firefox 2.0 vs. IE 7 - Summary
For a while it looked as if Mozilla's Firefox browser was destined to become a huge threat to Internet Explorer in the web browser wars. Firefox has continued to slowly but steadily eat away at IE's market share, and for good reason
If you plan to use Windows Vista, you may prefer IE better because of its intimacy with the operating system. On the other hand, if you are a fan of add-ons, Firefox offers a wide variety as a result of its booming developer community. With that said, Internet Explorer does offer a fair share of quality add-ons as well.
And about Google Chrome....
As we all know...Google is never small.Nowadays...every web users know about Google because of his feutures and his improvement in searching.Google has plans to shake up the browser ecosystem by releasing an open source browser of its own. What does this mean for the other browsers.Of course, others will think a lot about this...because they know the "google" name is not a small competitor!
It created many new resources as in the text shown like if u tapped on the Google Chrome the word "a comic book" it would appear:
- Open source, built from scratch
- Make use of a JavaScript virtual machine called V8
- Support multiple processes so each tab runs in isolation so bugs and slow-downs only hit a single tab (creating what’s called in the comic book a “sad tab”) rather than bring the browser crashing down
- Revolutionary use of tabs (the tabs will be at the top of the window rather than below the address bar
- Incognito mode that kinda sounds like Internet Explorer’s InPrivate mode
- Make use of WebKit open source rendering engine
- Plugins removed from the rendering process and placed in a separate process
- Web app support
- Whiz-bang address bar called “Omnibox”
Using Banks for Factoring
First of all what is Factoring???
Factoring is a financial tracsation whereby a business sells its accounts receivable (i.e., invoices) at a discount.
Factoring is easy to be misunderstood with Bank loan. And I have just found out what are the differences about factoring and bank loan?
- The emphasis is on the value of receivables, not the firm's credit worthiness.
- Factoring is not a loan,it's the sell of the financial assets.
- A bank loan involves two parties whereas factoring involves three.

Nearly Lunar New Year....(^_^)
Ye...and it's also called...Chinese New Year to...So what is Lunar New Year(or Chinese New Year)?
Chinese New Year starts with the New Moon on the first day of the new year and ends on the full moon 15 days later. The 15th day of the new year is called the Lantern Festival, which is celebrated at night with lantern displays and children carrying lanterns in a parade.
The Chinese calendar is based on a combination of lunar and solar movements. The lunar cycle is about 29.5 days. In order to "catch up" with the solar calendar the Chinese insert an extra month once every few years (seven years out of a 19-yearcycle). This is the same as adding an extra day on leap year. This is why, according to the solar calendar, the Chinese New Year falls on a different date each year.
New Year's Eve and New Year's Day are celebrated as a family affair, a time of reunion and thanksgiving. The celebration was traditionally highlighted with a religious ceremony given in honor of Heaven and Earth, the gods of the household and the family ancestors.
The sacrifice to the ancestors, the most vital of all the rituals, united the living members with those who had passed away. Departed relatives are remembered with great respect because they were responsible for laying the foundations for the fortune and glory of the family.
The presence of the ancestors is acknowledged on New Year's Eve with a dinner arranged for them at the family banquet table. The spirits of the ancestors, together with the living, celebrate the onset of the New Year as one great community. The communal feast called "surrounding the stove" or weilu. It symbolizes family unity and honors the past and present generations.
The coolest thing in this New Year...is.....people that are older have to give amout of money(don;e need to be a big amount) to youngers. It's called "Lucky Money".People give Lucky Money to send their luck to youngers with wishes and also as I know, they will receive luck and happyness too....
So....they could be parents,friends,...older people...and..of course....TEACHERS!!!...Yeye teachers....Kekekekeke....
Happy Lunar New Year guys....Best wishes for you....The first year that I won't celebrate this Lunar New Year...and also New Year Eve with my parents...my family...my small brother and sister....Miss them a lot!...And...here they are!:

How to keep generation Y motivated?(^.^)
First of all, what is Gen Y,and Gen X.???
Generation Y:
Born in 1980-1990,the members in Gen Y are now the teens in 20s have became a number stablished of the work force. Therefore, labours and employees in this generation are young and full of energy!
Generation X:
Who were born on 60s and 7os.So the employees are older than in GenY but may have more experiences.
So how these 2 groups of ages are getting on?
Nowadays,Generation Y is more useful, and distinctive. At the age of teenagers, they are indeed dynamic, creative, intelligent and highly motivated, and there have been many a sleepless night spent dreaming up ways to retain this amazing talent.
Employees may have their specific job duties, but if you allow the opportunities, Gen Y may bring to the table a diverse knowledge and an interesting perspective that can really make your company shine.
I have just listened to the part of it,tomorrow is the exam,so I'm going to do revision!!!!

A Business Idea...!(^_^)
Today,I don't know what to write about but still,I want to fill my blog with daily entries!=)
I want to talk about a business idea that I had thought of on my Christmas vacation,in my country,Vietnam!!!!My business idea is...IMPORT LUXURIOUS PERFUME TO MY COUNTRY..(actually,to my friends.....but I wrote "to my country" to sound more...professional!...Kekekekeke...)
I have just recognised that perfume in my country is so expensive...When I went to the shop centre, the cheapest perfume was 60$....which could be an expensive here in UK.Why???Because import perfume to Vietnam, which is developing country is expensive,so retailers have to charge a high price to get profit.Even that, the demand for perfume is still high...because it's a veblen good!Higher price, higher demand....^^
And I found out that there are many perfumes here in UK,that Vietnam doesn't import. And many of them are famous which are my friends favourites.I have asked most of my friends, that I will sell to them that rare perfume brand such as Hugo Boss for guys and Tommy girl...for girls....(just an example) with the price which is cheaper than the general price in Vietnam. They agreed, and soon,I will sell to 5 of my friends from here. And of course, its an opportunity for them too, because first,it's cheaper than the price in Vietnam.Second,it's rare in my country. And the third reason,is it was bought in ENGLAND...which is fame!!!...
About the cost to import to my friends I don't have to care.Because,I have an uncle...who's moving regularly from UK to Vietnam for his business. So I can ask for his help....just to carry some bottles of perfume to give to my friends.Of course he will agree,so I don't have to come to the post office and pay for the service.
About the profit:...I have calculated, and the lowest profit for one bottle of perfume will be....18 pounds...which is not very low...But it's the lowest profit that I will get.so after that.I hope my friends' friends will be interest too....So I will be their seller from the UK....I will get nearly 100 pounds soon....just to sell perfume.
But anyway,I think it's still just selling for my friends..not a serious business,so I will not develop this idea if it will go worse.....^^

Elasticity question!
http://economics.about.com/cs/micfrohelp/a/priceelasticity.htm
It shows us really clearly about elasticity.
But.....as we know,for example :
PED=%change in quantity demand/%change in price
in the text:
Calculating the Percentage Change in Quantity Demanded
The formula used to calculate the percentage change in quantity demanded is:[QDemand(NEW) - QDemand(OLD)] / QDemand(OLD)
By filling in the values we wrote down, we get:
[110 - 150] / 150 = (-40/150) = -0.2667
We note that % Change in Quantity Demanded = -0.2667 (We leave this in decimal terms. In percentage terms this would be -26.67%). Now we need to calculate the percentage change in price.
Calculating the Percentage Change in Price
Similar to before, the formula used to calculate the percentage change in price is:[Price(NEW) - Price(OLD)] / Price(OLD)
By filling in the values we wrote down, we get:
[10 - 9] / 9 = (1/9) = 0.1111
We have both the percentage change in quantity demand and the percentage change in price, so we can calculate the price elasticity of demand.
Final Step of Calculating the Price Elasticity of Demand
We go back to our formula of:PEoD = (% Change in Quantity Demanded)/(% Change in Price)
We can now fill in the two percentages in this equation using the figures we calculated earlier.
PEoD = (-0.2667)/(0.1111) = -2.4005
But as the formula...The PERCENTAGE of quantity demand.....so why they don't multiply by 100 because its persentage, and in the exam..if we want to calculate elasticity for example PES,so do we have to multiply by 100% quantity demand and price or we don't have to?Thanks

The amazing Car Blog by Alborz Fallah!
And here it is:
http://www.entrepreneurs-journey.com/952/alborz-interview/
It's about an amazing and lucky blogger, just a blogger, and now...he becomes a millionare!A speaker was Alborz Fallah friend, and also his teacher. After talking about Alborz succeed and how did he work in first steps to be a millionare,Alborz talks too!
So what I have learnt from this text: everyone can succeed and be a good business man, just need to concentrate on your hobby and your interest, and then keep developing it!
How about Alborz succeed and his experiences:
His blog, is here is one of the top blogs in all of Australia in any category and competes right along with some of the biggest media companies in the world for the car enthusiast market in the land down under. His blog gets phenomenal traffic, brings in hundreds of thousands of dollars in advertising revenue each year and Alborz has traveled to Europe to drive some of the most prestigious sports cars ever created. His blog became a true business and Alborz has to be one of the luckiest people in the world, living out a passion every single day and earning big money along the way.
And this is firstly what he did to made his business:he created three blogs at once to see which one would stick. The car blog got the traffic so he dropped the other two and slowly built up his site off the back of his own content. It's a really good experiences for researching and choosing for the bussiness that is fitted and usefull.
I also came to his blog, and it's amazingly so good! It's all about cars and advices and comments about styles of the cars and talk about it for customers to improve their knowledge. And also,he earn money from advertising too which is not a small amount!
His earnings was 10$ per day,the 100$ per day, then 30 000$ per month and then valued 5 million dollars!!!
And all just start up from a BLOG like us,and with an interest and hobby!
Here’s some of the important points from the podcast :
- You can start a blog and choose top level categories in very competitive markets, if you niche it down based on geographical location.
- When you don’t know what topic to blog about, pick what you think might work and just put something out there and see what happens.
- You can build a significant blog based only on part time labor, if you are dedicated and get things done during the time you have available to work on the project.
- Sometimes, being controversial can do wonderful things for your traffic. Strong opinions will always stick out and grab attention.
- Think BIG with your blog, it doesn’t have to be just a small publication - consider taking things to the next level with the help of financial investors.
And again,here's a podcast:

And so we return...!
In Math class I have learnt ONE!!! more thing...and many small questions in business studies...
After classes...I decided to remove my stiches because it's time already.I came to J.R Hospital and then they told me that I need to come back to EF School and ask in EF RECEPTION!!!!????I thought I would remove it in Ef Reception...SHOCKED!
I came back and ask in the reception, and Ms....I forgot her name...she called someone and she told me to come there, and made an appointment!....
But....the woman on the phone..she asked me...Did I register something something...before???I said NO because I haven't seen the doctor in UK before...And she said...I need to come there...where I remove my stiches...register...made an appointment and then come back to school...wait when the appointment would be....and come there again!...I was like..."What the Fruit!"..I can't walk and I need to take a taxi everytime...And I can't imagine how it would cost if moving there and back all the time!
Then...tomorrow in the morning...I have to come there and register...And they're not sure that could they make an appointment tomorrow or not!...Today is time to remove my stiches...And I don't know...is there any problems if I remove it late or not???Does anyone know???
Anyway...tomorrow I have to go to that hospital and finish this problem with my leg,I'm really worried about my leg!...
But...why in England,Hospital is sooooooo complicated???...Just...do it...and patents will pay!
In my country,if someone has a problem...u can go to any hospital...they solve it for u,and u pay!..That's all...Even you're foreigner!...Oh...I hope tomorrow I could remove my stiches!!!..Please please please....
