How to keep generation Y motivated?(^.^)

I have listened to the podcast about Managing and Finance by Adam Jones. It was talkking about Generation Y and Generation X.So he was talking about exploration of different generations behave the work place!

First of all, what is Gen Y,and Gen X.???
Generation Y:
Born in 1980-1990,the members in Gen Y are now the teens in 20s have became a number stablished of the work force. Therefore, labours and employees in this generation are young and full of energy!
Generation X:
Who were born on 60s and 7os.So the employees are older than in GenY but may have more experiences.

So how these 2 groups of ages are getting on?
Nowadays,Generation Y is more useful, and distinctive. At the age of teenagers, they are indeed dynamic, creative, intelligent and highly motivated, and there have been many a sleepless night spent dreaming up ways to retain this amazing talent.
Employees may have their specific job duties, but if you allow the opportunities, Gen Y may bring to the table a diverse knowledge and an interesting perspective that can really make your company shine.
I have just listened to the part of it,tomorrow is the exam,so I'm going to do revision!!!!
^.^
